Ingredients
1 box of @realduncanhines red velvet cake mix
1 container of @realduncanhines cream cheese frosting
2 large eggs
1/3 c vegetable oil
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spray with cooking spray.
In a large bowl combine the cake mix, eggs, and oil. Beat on a low speed, for about 2 minutes, until everything is well combined. Make 1 tbs sized balls out of dough and place 1-2 inches apart from each other on the baking sheet. Gently press on the dough balls to lightly flatten them.
Bake for 10-12 minutes, until the edges are slightly crispy. Let cookies cool completely.
Apply a thick layer of frosting on one cookie and then place the second cookie on top, bottoms facing each other. Serve and enjoy!
